Village At Manalapan Solar
Manalapan, New Jersey

SPH’s first self-developed solar project, this 3.6 MW operational plant is owned by The Village at Manalapan, LLC and operated by NJRCEV, a New Jersey utility. This system was built on a previously under-utilized 12-acre site. Originally designed as a 0.75 MW plant intended to back feed a 500,000 square foot mixed-use commercial project being developed by Spano Partners, it has subsequently increased in size to a grid connected project pending construction of the multi-use lifestyle center called The Village at Manalapan. Awaiting final approval is a 22 MW two-phase solar facility, designed by Advanced Solar Products, which is known as Village at Manalapan Solar 2.

North Park Solar
Millstone Township, New Jersey

North Park Solar is a two-phased utility-scale solar project developed by Spano Solar Enterprises, a wholly owned subsidiary of Spano Partners Holding, LLC. Completed in January, 2015, it is located on a site previously developed for an industrial park. This solar installation provides clean renewable green energy to the community during peak load times rather than drawing significant load to power an industrial park, further reducing the community’s peak demand charges.

Millhurst
Manalapan Township, New Jersey

Millhurst Solar is located in Manalapan Township not far from the 3.6 MW project known as Manalapan Village Solar and Route 33. It is a 1.7 MW single-phase utility scale solar project and is a NorthPark Solar subsidiary developed with Spano Solar Enterprises.

A NorthPark Solar subsidiary developed with Spano Solar Enterprises, it is a 1.7 MW single-phase utility scale solar project. Millhurst Solar is located in Manalapan Township not far from the 3.6 MW project known as Manalapan Village Solar which was also developed by Spano Solar and is now operated by True Green Capital Asset Management. This project is also located right on Route 33. As Route 33 continues to be developed, it will provide reliable peak demand power to further support the community.

PEP Boys
Chester, New York

2 MW rooftop solar installation in the distribution center for Pep Boys in Chester, New York. This project required complete roof replacement of a 400,000 sq ft roof and installation of the solar system on the solar ready roof.

The Pep Boys project was completed in 2016 and now supplies 90% of the power to the distribution center.

Florence
Florence Township, New Jersey

Florence is a 10 MW utility-scale solar project developed jointly with EffiSolar, a developer with broad global experience. SPH and EffiSolar retained land ownership as lessors for this project under a long-term ground lease. This grid-tied system reduces the load on the grid, increasing reliability and lowering fees for local residents. This project achieved commercial operation in December 2016.
