The Ku Residence Club is a spectacular beachfront property located on Shoal Bay East in Anguilla.  Acquired as an operating boutique hotel with 27 one-bedroom suites in July 2009, the suites will be upgraded to the luxury level.  The Club will be an exclusive enclave, offering its members the ability to own a long-term membership interest in a luxurious beachfront suite within a community that combines elegant accommodations, distinctive food and beverage service, and environmentally sensitive development.  Each member will have a fractional interest in a luxury suite with direct beach and ocean views and direct beach access.
