Gary Mangino
Gary Mangino brings to the organization 30+ years of experience in the building materials construction industries. He credits his strong tenacity and work ethic to his grandmother who sat at the helm of B&M Lumber throughout his formative years and provided him incredible mentorship. It's that tenacity that provides him the perseverance to succeed as an accomplished development entitlement expert. Gary handles most of the organization's zoning, planning, and permit approval processes. With 26 years of direct real estate development expertise and success, Gary ensures every project under consideration will be thoroughly analyzed as to its governmental entitlement requirements and their impact on creating additional value, or their detriment. Gary is married to his lovely wife Debbie for 15 years and attributes his insatiable appetite to create multigenerational success to his dream of having his two daughters Antonia age 11 and Gianna age 8 join him in his business just as he was given the opportunity to understudy his Grandmother from the age of 12 with the family lumber business of years past.

Mary Spano Gleckner
Mary entered the family business almost 30 years ago. Along with her late father, Joseph Spano Sr., they leveraged the success’ of the families import business investing in real estate. With much early success, they continued to create business opportunities in real estate from the creation of a real estate based lending company, a real estate acquisition and raw land development company, which is the basis of the business that exists today. Building on that early success, along with the help of her brothers and associates, they have created an organization that continues to grow exponentially and will provide opportunities for future generations. Mary is an active volunteer for the Jersey Coast Chapter of the American Red Cross and is actively involved in many other philanthropic endeavors.
